Cylinder Liners & Sleeves

Cylinder Liners

At Guru Overseas, we specialize in offering Cylinder Liners, Sleeves, and Air Cooled Blocks tailored to OE specifications, upgraded requirements, or customized to meet our client's unique market needs. Our commitment to extensive design and material expertise guarantees top-notch, high-performance, and cost-optimized products that excel under even the most challenging operational conditions.

Our advanced manufacturing techniques involve the production of Cylinder Liners in robust gray cast iron using the precision of centrifugal casting. To ensure outstanding corrosion resistance and improved lubrication, we employ special chemical compositions. The Centrifugal Casting Process, widely regarded as the finest method for Cylinder Liner fabrication, utilizes a continuously rotating permanent mold at high speeds while pouring molten metal. This process results in uniformly distributed metal, creating a fine-grained casting with exceptional outer diameter smoothness due to chilling against the mold surface. Impurities and inclusions gather on the inside diameter's surface, allowing for precise machining.

Notably, our Air Cooled Cylinder Liners are crafted using a specialized "Shell Moulding Process," utilizing wear-resistant, finely grained iron casting to ensure optimal longevity and efficient cooling performance.
